What we help with

Sleep difficulties

Sprig illustration purple

Sleep difficulties refer to persistent problems with sleep that make it difficult for us to have the energy to do the things we need or want to do. This can lead to frustration, and fatigue. Sleeping difficulties can occur before or alongside mental health difficulties, often making these conditions worse.

Therefore, improving your sleep may lead to an improvement in your wellbeing.

Courses

We are now offering a two-session online course to help you improve your sleep. The course aims to improve your understanding about sleep, introduce the vicious cycle of sleep problems, give you sleep hygiene tips, and discuss treatment steps for improving sleep.

Types of sleep problems we aim to help with are difficulties getting off to sleep, difficulties staying asleep, waking up too early and sleeping too much. If you relate to one or more of the above, this online course may be helpful.

The next online course is being run on Wednesday 24th & 31st July, 6-7pm.

You can book on to the course directly via the link below. Or you can be referred to our service by a professional.

Please note we also offer one-to-one Insomnia work through SilverCloud online via the Space to Sleep Programme.

Self help & information

A review of our service

“I had a short course of CBT self-help sessions. It was very helpful and I have a toolkit for taking things forward. It was a very useful investment of my time.”
