Who we help

We offer support to all adults over the age of 18 who are registered with a Lewisham GP and experiencing a mental health difficulty, such as:

  • Low mood and depression
  • Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)
  • Health anxiety
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Our therapists can support and advise you with the best treatment. Please be aware that the waiting lists may vary for each of these treatments depending on staff availability. The service will only suggest treatments where there is a good clinical reason for selecting one therapy over another that may be more easily available.

Below are some examples of the client groups that we work with.
